- Working Conditions:
Two days vacation &Five working days &Working nine hours and resting one hour
Job location: Fifth Settlement or Mohandiseen
- Responsibilities:
1- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
2- Provide answers to customers inquiries.
3- Data entry in various platforms
- Salary & Benefits:
- NET Salary: 3500 - 7000 (depending on English fluency) + Up to 1000 overnight allowance
- Up to 14,000 as annual Profit Share.
- 150,000 EGP as Social and Medical insurance.
- Upgrade after 6 months and get free professional courses
- Transportation provided 24/7, door to door transportation for girls after 11pm (max shift is 2am for females).
- Qualifications:
- Fluent English speakers
- Years of Experience : A year at least
- Age limit is 45
- Flexible with rotational shifts
- Foreigners are welcome to apply
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
